With Proximus, you’re fully in control. Adjust your plan at any time to match your needs: more data, fewer minutes or extra options. Changes are free and can be made easily in the Proximus+ app or via our customer service.

Prefer to cancel? No problem. If you’re not under contract, you can cancel anytime at no cost. If your plan includes a smartphone, the contract clearly sets out any balance to be paid.

A classic mobile plan without Full Control lets you call, text, and surf freely in Belgium and the EU Zone. If you use more than what’s included or travel outside the EU, you may exceed your bundle. You’ll then be billed at out-of-bundle rates. You can track your usage in Proximus+ or via SMS alerts.

Choose a mobile plan with the free Full Control option and never exceed your monthly budget. Any usage outside your bundle is blocked. You can still call and text without limits. No surprises on your bill.

Full Control helps you avoid extra costs for services like premium numbers (0900, …), international calls, roaming (outside the EU), and third-party services.
