  • Works across your network: tablets, smartphones, laptops, smartwatches, and other connected devices (such as alarms, cameras, doorbells, etc.) connected to your home Wi-Fi or mobile 4G/5G network are automatically protected.

Yes, you can test the Secure Net option for free for 3 months with our Try & Buy offer. After this period, your free trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, unless you cancel before the end of the 3 months.

At the end of the trial, you will pay €4/month to protect your fixed network via Secure Net Fix, and/or €2/month to protect your 4G/5G mobile network via the Secure Net Mobile option. You can deactivate either option at any time via MyProximus.

No, once the option is activated, your devices are protected via the Proximus network. No software installation is required.

To activate Secure Net, log in to your MyProximus account, go to the security options, and select Secure Net. Follow the instructions to complete the activation. Once activated, your devices are protected via the Proximus network — no further action is needed.

Secure Net Fix protects all devices connected to your fixed Proximus internet line, including your smart devices.

Secure Net Mobile:

  • In a pack: all mobile subscriptions included in the pack are protected for €2/month.
  • As a standalone option: only one mobile subscription is protected (€2/month per subscription).

For complete protection (fixed internet + mobile), it is recommended to combine Secure Net Fix and Secure Net Mobile in a pack.

Secure Net works only on the Proximus network where the option has been activated. If you use another network, Secure Net protection does not apply.

  • Secure Net Fix: this option protects devices connected to your Proximus home Wi-Fi network only. If you connect to another Wi-Fi network, Secure Net Fix will not protect your devices.
  • Secure Net Mobile: this option protects devices using the Proximus 4G/5G mobile network only. If you are abroad or use another mobile network, Secure Net Mobile will not protect your devices.

No, Secure Net is designed to run silently in the background, without impacting your Internet speed.
