Fixed Internet
Unlimited data volume: personal and normal use, see the General Terms and Conditions. After using 3 TB, your speed will be limited to the end of the month, unless you activate your free 300 GB extra volume via MyProximus. More information: www.proximus.be/internetpolicy(PDF, 150 Kb).
Fixed Internet speed: the indicated maximum speed is a theoretical speed. In practice, it cannot be reached by all customers. The download speed at home depends mainly on the distance between the connection point and the exchange, the availability of the technology, the computer installation and the internal cabling and, in exceptional cases, on general use. These factors must be optimal to enable you to surf at the maximum speed. If you use Wi-Fi, your surfing speed can also be lower. Fiber Boost 1 GIGA option: only compatible with Flex Fiber 500/50 Mbps.
