Given the rise in digital threats, Proximus provides an interactive tool designed to strengthen your cybersecurity knowledge and help you adopt safe online behaviour.
This initiative is accessible to both customers and non-customers, so that we can raise awareness about crucial issues such as cyberbullying, phishing, and children's online safety.
Please note that this tool is only available in Dutch and French.

In December, our partner Child Focus shares 24 short video tips for parents. These tips help make your children stronger and more aware online, step by step. From smart ways to manage screen time and social media to sharing photos safely: each day brings a tip you can apply right away to protect your child online.

How we raise awareness
For 13 years, Proximus has been raising young people’s awareness about safe internet use through the Internet Safe & Fun Days with Child Focus. With Ada, we also support the Public Digital Spaces in Brussels, in partnership with Paradigm.
Our partners fight fraud
With BICS and Telesign, Proximus forms an international alliance against fraud. In 2023, BICS blocked more than 617 million fraudulent calls and 473 million smishing attacks, while Telesign secured 355 million accounts.
How we protect personal data
Proximus protects customer data in line with GDPR guidelines, applying a strong privacy policy. Our independent cloud solutions, based on Microsoft and Google Cloud, also prevent any unauthorized third-party access.
