The mobile device must be paid for with a bank card. Customers subscribing to a combined Proximus offer must pay all their Proximus subscriptions by direct debit. If the bank refuses the direct debit order, Proximus is entitled to demand that the payments be made by bank transfer and bill the customer for any "chargeback" fees based on the applicable rates.
