The student discount is only valid for students with a valid student email address or a valid student card.

What are the installation options?

Self-installation: Set up your Proximus services in just a few simple steps, with no technical knowledge required! Receive your equipment, follow the steps, and you’re all set. More info on self-installation.

Installation by a technician: If self-installation isn’t possible at your address, a technician will come and install your services for free. Is self-installation possible, but do you prefer a technician’s assistance? A fee of €79 applies.

Am I eligible for this student discount?

The student deal is an exclusive student discount for students living in student housing. All you need is a valid student email address or a valid student card. And of course, a student room!

How do I renew my student internet kot discount?

f you are already a Proximus customer and benefiting from the student promotion, we will contact you by email starting from the end of June to offer you the possibility to extend your promotion. If you are still a student at that time, you can renew it for free up to 2 times. Just make sure to renew it before September 30th of this year to take advantage of it.

I already have an internet subscription with Proximus. Can I switch to a student internet plan for my student room?

Yes, you can. Just fill in this form or visit a Proximus shop with your student card. You can also contact us via chat or phone.

I’m an international student. How can I get a student internet plan with Proximus?

As an international student, you can only order internet for your student room in a Proximus shop, not online. So be sure to visit a shop near you. Our team will be happy to help. You can also contact us via chat or phone.

I’m moving to another student room. Can I keep my student subscription?

Yes, you can. Just let us know at least five weeks in advance through our page on moving. That way, we can make sure your student internet is set up in time at your new place.
