Of course! You can easily add a mobile subscription to your pack:

  • Via the Proximus+ app: in your pack, just add a mobile.
    You don't have the app yet? Download the Proximus+ app now
  • Online: on this mobile subscription page. As customer, after logging in to your account, you can add a subscription to your pack by clicking on "Order now".

Promotions are only available for a new mobile subscription. You will pay a promo price for the duration of the specific promotion (e.g. the first 6 months). After these first months, you will pay the full price of the chosen subscription.

In general offers cannot be combined with other current promotions or the combined offer of a smartphone with subscriptions.

Sure, we transfer your number for free!

Once you have indicated your current operator when ordering, we contact your operator for the transfer.

If you already have a subscription with us, you will of course keep your number.

  1. Choose your subscription
    Keep your customer and SIM card number from your current operator with you when ordering online. If you have a prepaid subscription, your SIM card number is required.
  2. We take care of everything
    Once your order has been confirmed, we contact your current operator to cancel your contract and transfer your number to Proximus. We will make sure that your mobile number remains the same. This takes a maximum of 3 working days. In the meantime, you will receive your Proximus SIM card.
  3. Sit back and relax
    Once everything is settled, you receive an SMS to let you know that your subscription is ready. When your current network is no longer available, you can replace your SIM card and after a maximum of 30 minutes, you can start calling, surfing, texting... as usual.

Do you already have a Proximus mobile subscription? Then you don't need a new SIM card. A few hours after your purchase, you'll receive an activation text message, and you're good to go!

No Proximus mobile subscription yet? You will receive your new SIM card by post. The SIM card is activated and ready to use. All you have to do is insert the SIM card into your phone and connect.

No problem, you can easily change your subscription via MyProximus. No strings attached, you can change your mind at any time. And it’s free!

You can change your mobile subscription free of charge at any time, as long as you choose one of the compatible price plans offered in MyProximus. You keep your smartphone under the same conditions. If you choose a price plan other than those offered in MyProximus, you can keep the smartphone, but you must pay the residual value to Proximus.

If you are already a customer and already have a mobile subscription that you want to change to a FullControl subscription:

  1. Log in to your MyProximus account:
    Login
  2. Select a FullControl subscription by checking the "Control my budget" box and then click on "Replace".
  3. Once in the identification and configuration steps, choose to keep your phone number and enter the number you want to transfer and just confirm.

All frequently asked questions

Customers with a mobile subscription or prepaid card are automatically given the option to make mobile payments.

This option allows you to purchase third-party services, such as a subscription to streaming services, a digital magazine, purchases on game consoles, e-books, parking or train tickets, paid applications in an app store, etc. The maximum value per transaction is €50.

Your purchases are linked to your mobile number and can be consulted in the usage section via MyProximus.

The settlement of your purchases takes place together with the settlement of your Proximus products and services. The overview of your purchases is listed in the section “Details of your statement for third-party services”, which is added as an attachment to your Proximus bill or statement.

Your standard monthly budget is set at €100 and can be adjusted via MyProximus to a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €250. You can also choose to deactivate or reactivate this option free of charge via MyProximus.

Prices VAT incl. valid in Belgium and while traveling (roaming) in the EU Zone* (from Belgium to Belgium and from the EU Zone to the EU Zone and Belgium) except for value added services (eg special numbers, third-party services). Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second. Data usage is calculated per KB. Unused call minutes, texts and MB included in the bundle are not carried over to the next month. When the bundle units have been used up, calls will be billed at €0.30/min and data at €0.12/MB.

The mobile subscriptions give you access to the following Proximus networks in the covered areas in Belgium and with a compatible device:

5G: the 5G network is only accessible in covered areas and is subject to compatible device and subscription. 
The “estimated maximum speed” is the maximum speed that users can expect to achieve at different locations in the coverage area under realistic conditions. This maximum value results from measurements on the whole national territory and might vary depending on the device performance and your location during the use of the service. 5G being under deployment, the speed estimation is based on limited data. 
The “optimale maximum speed” is the speed that can be achieved under optimal usage conditions. Speed may vary depending on the price plan, device performance and your location while using the service. More info on  5G and the Internet policy.

Protection measure: in order to avoid unexpectedly high bills, the customer's mobile Internet usage is blocked until the start of the next billing cycle if he uses €60 more data than the amount provided in his bundle. If the customer so wishes, he can reactivate his usage via the MyProximus app or by contacting customer service.

Normal and personal use of the Service by the Customer and unlimited use
The service is conditioned to a personal, non-abusive use, with due diligent. As part of the unlimited offers, in Belgium and the EU Zone, Proximus therefore reserves the right to limit or suspend the service in the event of use in excess of more than 10,000 SMS/month or 500 SMS/day or sending SMS to more than 250 different recipients per month or in the event of regular calls of more than 6h/day and/or 30h/week. Regarding unlimited mobile data usage, they are subject to a reasonable usage policy. In Belgium and the EU zone*, the customer can surf up to 300 GB/month at maximum speed and then the speed is reduced (max 512 Kbps).
