Switch

I already have a Proximus pack and want to switch to a Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus pack. What will happen to my current products?

Simply order your Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus pack and we'll convert your current products automatically. However, please note: if you have, say, two mobile subscriptions, you'll need to select two mobile subscriptions in your Tuttimus or Minimus pack.

I am interested in Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus. What will happen to my current promotions if I order?

If you benefit from a joint offer (mobile subscription + smartphone), you keep your promotion (the conditions and number of products remain the same). Some promotions (but not all) are compatible with Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus. Don't hesitate to call us on 0800 55 800 or visit one of our Proximus Centers or stores to find out if you can keep your promotion.

I want to add or change an option in my existing pack without taking Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus.

It's possible! All options are compatible with the old and new packs. Each extra option will be offered at catalog price based on your type of pack.

I'm currently with another operator and want to switch to Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus.

Switching over is very simple; you can even keep your mobile number(s). Order your Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus pack and we'll check immediately whether a technician will need to drop by your home; the installation is completely free of charge. Don't forget to write a letter of termination for your current products.

Do I have to pay any Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus installation charge?

No, it's completely free of charge! The installation and activation are included; this is a saving of €59!

How quickly can my Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus solution be installed?

During the product configuration, you can choose the installation date yourself. The installation date depends on your selected products, the products you already have and the availability of our technicians. Expect and average waiting time of about 14 calendar days.

I want to become Tuttimus or Minimus customer and keep my current mobile phone number(s)
You already have a mobile phone number with Proximus

Attention, when ordering online, you can only keep your mobile phone number if this isn’t combined with a smartphone offer.
Follow these steps:

  1. Compose your Tuttimus or Minimus, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Tuttimus or Minimus).
  2. Once you have ordered your Tuttimus or Minimus pack you can start the product configuration. Log in to MyProximus and an automatic check will be done to see which mobile phone numbers you can transfer.
  3. Choose 'Proximus' from the operator list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  4. For every mobile phone number you want to transfer you will need to provide the SIM card number, so keep this at hand.
You already have a pack with a mobile subscription from before 14/10/2016

You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers. Place your Tuttimus or Minimus order and we will call you back to finalize everything.

You already have a mobile phone number with another operator

You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers , follow these steps:

  1. Compose your Tuttimus or Minimus, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Tuttimus or Minimus)
  2. Once you have ordered your Tuttimus or Minimus pack you can start the product configuration. Choose your current operator from the list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. If you have a prepaid subscription with another operator you will have to provide the SIM card number. If you have a mobile subscription with another operator you will only need to provide your customer account number.
How do I change my favorite app?

When you become a Tuttimus or Minimus customer, we'll set WhatsApp as your default favorite app when we activate your mobile subscription(s). You can change your favorite app once a month via the MyProximus app or website.

I'm already a Tuttimus/Minimus customer and want to add an additional mobile subscription.

Simply recompose your current Tuttimus or Minimus pack with the additional mobile subscription you want to add. During the product configuration, the additional mobile subscription will be added to your current Tuttimus or Minimus pack.

I'm a Familus customer already and want to add a mobile subscription.

In this case, compose a Tuttimus pack. Choose your mobile subscription and we'll convert your Familus to a Tuttimus pack when we process your order; it's super fast and easy!

How much mobile data do I need every month?

For the casual smartphone user we recommend the 3 GB mobile subscription. You will have than enough data to surf on the web and on social media.
Do you stream a lot of music (Spotify), video (YouTube) and surf almost every day? The 10 GB mobile subscription will be ideal for you.
For the real smartphone addicts who stream video’s every day over 3G/4G we have the 20 GB mobile subscription, perfect to cover all your needs!

What about calling internationally?

Do you want to call or surf with your smartphone abroad? Find your roaming rate thanks to our quick and easy-to-use tool.

Is the data usage of my favorite app also valid abroad?

The unlimited mobile data for your favorite app is valid in the European Union + Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

Can I share the mobile data in Tuttimus/Minimus?

No, the mobile data is valid for only one mobile subscription.

What is the difference between Mobilus and Mobilus FullControl subscriptions?

The Mobilus subscription allows you to call, text and surf freely in Belgium and the European Union. If you use up more than what is included in your subscription or when travelling outside the EU, you have the option of exceeding your monthly bundle. You will then be billed at the applicable out-of-bundle rate. You can track your usage via MyProximus and through SMS notifications.

With Mobilus FullControl, you retain full control over your budget as you cannot exceed your monthly bundle. With a Mobilus FullControl subscription, your call minutes and MB will be automatically blocked once you have used them up. You can of course continue to send text messages limitlessly. If you have used up your bundle or you need to make calls, send text messages or surf the Net outside the European Union, you can top up with additional credit online, at the top-up rate.


Proximus TV

I want to connect Proximus TV on several TV sets.

The first decoder is always included in your Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus pack. Want to add an additional decoder? Then simply order your pack and during the product configuration you'll have the option of adding up to two extra decoders. You pay just €6/month for each additional decoder.

I would like to activate, change or remove a TV bundle.

You can add a TV bundle via MyProximus or choose and order your bundle here. You can also add a TV bundle via the decoder.

Changing or removing a TV bundle is possible only via MyProximus. In a Tuttimus, Minimus or Familus pack, you can change your TV bundle twice a year.

How do I watch the free bonus film?

With your pack Tuttimus or Familus you can watch 1 bonus film movie for free from our exclusive catalog every month. You can find back this catalog with your remote control by clicking on ‘on demand’ > ‘Movies’ > ‘Bonus film’.

How do I record programs remotely?

Thanks to the Proximus TV app, you can set up or cancel a recording no matter where you are and whenever you want.

Smartphone with subscription

I want to order a Tuttimus or Minimus pack with a smartphone. How will the phone be delivered?

If you order a Tuttimus or Minimus pack with a smartphone via the website, your new phone will be delivered to your home address free of charge. You can choose the delivery date when you order (max. 30 days after the installation of the Internet). This date must be at least four working days later than the order date.

For a home delivery, can I choose the address to which the device will be delivered?

No, this is not possible. The device will be automatically delivered to the installation address of your Proximus products.

Do I have to be present at the chosen date in case of a home delivery?

Yes, it is important that you are at home to take delivery of your device and to sign the delivery note. If you are unable to be present, you can give a proxy to someone. You will find a proxy document on www.proximus.be/mandate. Please also give this person a copy of your identity card.

How do I pay for my phone?

If you order a Tuttimus or Minimus pack with a smartphone via the website, the price of your phone will be added to your next Proximus bill. You do not, therefore, have to pay on delivery at your home.

Is my smartphone ready for surfing on the Internet?

If you experience any problems with mobile Internet, it's very easy to configure your smartphone with our online tool.
