Why should I opt for fiber?

I'm having my home built through a property developer. How do I connect it to the fiber network?

If you are having your home built through a property developer and fiber is available for your home when the works are underway, the property developer will submit the request for connection to our fiber network.

Therefore, when you move, all you need to do is to activate your fiber products, by entering your address in our eligibility test tool and following the various steps. You can also call us at 0800 33 234.

I'm having my home built directly with an architect. How do I connect it to the fiber network?

If you are having your home built directly with an architect, check whether fiber is available for your home.

If it is, don't forget to submit a request for your home to be connected to fiber before you can go on to activate your products.

Why can't I be connected to fiber?

Check, on the basis of your address, whether Proximus is planning to install fiber in your street.

As the fiber roll-out takes place in several phases, your address may not (yet) be part of an area in which works are planned. In that case, you will be contacted personally as soon as fiber does become available for your home.

Where can I obtain more information about fiber?

Check whether fiber is available for your home or whether your address is part of an area in which works are planned.

In case of the former, you will be invited to activate your fiber products. In case of the latter, you can complete our form in order to be contacted by one of our staff members to discuss the next steps. If your address is part of an area in which works are not yet planned, you will be contacted personally once fiber does become available for your home. Would you like more information?
