Shadow

Free monthly subscription to Shadow offered to all customers who bought their Epic combo fiber “full TV experience”. Shadow will not appear in the basket during the ordering process. After the installation of internet fiber & TV, the client will receive (via email) a personalised activation link, via which he can create a Shadow account. This activation link is only valid for 31 days. One link per pack. Shadow will recognise the Epic combo fiber “full TV experience” customer and won't charge anything.

For now, there's just one type of Shadow offer, so that's the offer that will be activated if you take an Epic combo fiber “full TV experience”. Once the Boost account is launched, Epic fiber customers will be switched to Boost. Afterwards, when the Ultra account is launched, people who had their Epic combo fiber “full TV experience” installed before the 01/04/2020 will receive an email from Shadow offering them the choice to upgrade to an Ultra account at no extra cost or stay on the Boost account. People who had their Epic combo fiber “full TV experience” installed after the 01/04/2020 will by default stay on Boost.

As long as the user stays an Epic combo fiber “full TV experience” customer, his subscription will remain free. If the user cancels his Epic subscription, then the Shadow subscription will be cancelled as well. In that case the user can reactivate his own Shadow account, with a new paying method, within 2 weeks. In case of inactivity* of the Shadow account, the Shadow subscription will be cancelled as well.

*The customer needs to install Shadow and connect two times in the first month to become an active user. An active user needs to connect at least one time every 3 month to keep the account active. Shadow will send reminders when the deadlines are almost reached.

Installation

Free installation by a technician (value: €350) included for any activation of an Epic combo fiber “light TV experience or “full TV experience”.

Combined offer with Apple TV 4K

For every customer (new or existing) taking an Epic combo fiber "full TV experience", a price of €69 instead of €199,99 will be applicable for an Apple TV. When choosing for an Apple TV, there will be no Proximus decoder delivered anymore. Contract of indefinite duration. When the customer terminates its abonnement within 24 months, a residual value needs to be paid conform the amortisation table in the contract. This is not applicable when the customer switches to a Flex pack with at least one mobile subscription. After 24 months the contract can be terminated without any consequence or residual value to be paid. While supplies last. Compatible with all other promotions, for example a discount on an Epic combo fiber "full TV experience" pack, a webdeal, previous and future combined offers of ‘a pack & a device’ and the combined offers of a ‘mobile subscription & a smartphone’. Invoices should be paid by direct debit. Purchase of the device should be via bank card. Info & legal mentions on proximus.be/epic.

Mobile 

  • Your rate plan is valid in Belgium and on the go (roaming) within the EU* (+ Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), excluding premium numbers (voting numbers, 0900, etc.) and third-party services for which the rate is defined by the manager of that number. 

  • Calls are billed per second as from the 61st second. The 300 minutes included in your bundle are valid for calls to mobile and landline numbers. Unused minutes and megabytes are not carried over to the next month. 

  • Epic apps: you have 40 GB at your disposal in Belgium and within the EU* for surfing at maximum speed. Once you have used up your 40 GB, you can continue surfing without limits at a reduced speed (maximum 512 Kbps) in Belgium and on the go within the EU*.

* Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain (includes the Canary Islands), Estonia, Finland, France, (includes French Guiana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Mayotte and Réunion), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden + the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. 

  • Other data usage: your internet connection will be cut when you have used up your 4 GB and your out-of-bundle data usage reaches €60, until the start of the next billing cycle. You can check your data usage in real time via the Epic app. We will also send you a text alert when your bundle has been used up and when you have almost reached the €60/month limit. You can buy extra data bundles via the Epic app. 

  • Your rate plan is not valid outside the EU, so you have to pay per MB. You also have to pay per call minute and text. The rates vary per country and can be consulted here.

Internet

As from 3 TB, internet speed will be reduced until the first day of the following month, unless the customer activates an Extra Volume of 300 GB for free via MyProximus.   • Fixed internet speed: the actual speed experienced depends on the computer system, but also in exceptional cases, on general use. Your surfing speed may also be slower, while using Wi-Fi. Go to www.proximus.be/vitesseinternet to discover the surfing speed in your home. 
  • Fiber Boost 1Gbps/100Mbps: only compatible with Epic combo Fiber “full TV experience”.
  • Free installation by a technician (value: €350) included for any activation of an Epic combo Fiber “light TV experience or “full TV experience”.

TV  

  • Proximus Pickx: for more information about the availability of Proximus Pickx, HD coverage, the possibility of connecting several TV sets or the offer of channels and package in your region, please check www.proximus.be/tv.
  • TV Replay and TV Replay+: since 01/06/2015, TV Replay is free of charge for customers who already have or opt for Epic combo Fiber. The availability of TV programs via TV Replay depends on the television channels and whether or not they have received the authorizations to broadcast the programs in that way. Also available on a PC, tablet and smartphone via the Proximus Pickx app. The list of channels available on TV Replay on Proximus Pickx and the Proximus Pickx app, and the specific Terms and Conditions, can be found on www.proximus.be/tvreplay. TV Replay is not available for Scarlet customers.
  • Proximus Pickx app:  offer valid in Belgium for all Proximus Pickx customers who have a MyProximus account on the Proximus fixed or mobile internet network, in Wi-Fi or 3G/4G coverage area, via terminals such as tablets, compatible smartphones and laptops. However, the Proximus TV guide is accessible to all internet users located in Belgium.
