A hard reset on your Samsung, iPhone, OnePlus or other smartphone. Sometimes you just have to do it, when your device doesn't work anymore. Whatever the cause (crashed by an app, fallen to the ground or just a day older): you don't necessarily have to buy a new smartphone.
