What is Disney+?

Disney+ is the streaming home for entertainment from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Star and more.

Disney+ has a number of benefits included in the standard subscription price:

• Unlimited downloads on up to 10 devices and up to 7 different profiles
• 4K UHD streaming with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support on compatible devices for no extra cost
• A robust parental controls system including dedicated profiles for children
• Up to 4 screens can stream simultaneously

What’s in it for me if I take Disney+ with Proximus?

If you are already a Proximus Pickx TV client, you will pay Disney+ via your Proximus invoice and you will be able to watch Disney+ on your Proximus Android TV Box!

If you already have a Disney+ subscription, you’ll be able to keep your current profile and viewing history linked to your Disney+ account by using your usual credentials to activate your Disney+ account via Proximus and then to log in to start watching. 

Your current subscription will be paused by Disney+ so that when your new subscription via Proximus starts you will start paying your Disney+ subscription on your Proximus invoice. 

If you have a Disney+ subscription via another provider, please contact them to avoid double billing. 

On which devices can I watch Disney+?

You can watch Disney+ on the following devices:

• on smart TV (Samsung, LG or Android TV), via Chromecast or Apple TV, on a computer or laptop (Windows PC, MacOS, Chrome OS), on smartphone or tablet (Android & iOS) or game consoles (PS4/PS5/Xbox One/Xbox Series X/Xbox Series S). Click here for the full listNew window.
• via the Proximus Android TV Box, in the "recommended apps" section.
  If you want to exchange your current TV Box for the Android TV Box*, follow the instructions on channel 58 of your television or contact us.
• via the Disney+ website.

When can I start streaming Disney+ after my purchase?

After the confirmation of the activation of your Disney+ TV option, you will receive an e-mail with the activation procedure to set up your Disney+ account.

Once done, you need to log in to Disney+ and then you can start watching the best stories from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star.

Do you already have a Disney+ account? 
Follow the activation procedure mentioned above and use your usual credentials to link your current Disney+ account to your Proximus account. 

I’ve had 1 year access to Disney+ thanks to Pickx All Stars/Pickx All Stars & Sports. How can I still watch Disney+?

You will receive a communication from Proximus some time before the expiration of your current 12-months active period, inviting you to take the next steps to get your permanent access to Disney+. 

How can I unsubscribe from Disney+?

You can cancel your subscription at any time free of charge in your My Proximus account.
