Refund of your prepaid credit

So you have decided to switch to another operator... We are sorry to see you leave. Have you got any credit left on your prepaid card or FullControl subscription?
You can request a refund of the remaining prepaid credit when:
- your number is transferred to another operator;
- your remaining credit exceeds the administrative fee of €5;
- you submit your request within 31 days of the transfer.
If all conditions are met, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
