Follow the clear steps to download the application and install it on your child's mobile phone, tablet or computer.

You have a new mobile, tablet or computer and want to keep your Norton Security? No worries, it’s a flexible solution. In a few steps, you can transfer one of your licenses to the new device, purchase an extra license and also cancel an existing license.

Sometimes legitimate connections from your provider or other parties may also be detected or blocked. You’ll see "Proximus attacks" or "Skynet attacks".

You ordered Norton Security (1 or 5) and downloaded Norton directly from the Norton website, App Store or Play Store? Then you will have to enter your product key (once) to use the app once it’s installed. It’s a combination of 13 digits and letters you’ll find in MyProximus.
Nice to know: you do not need this key if you download Norton via MyProximus.
