All Belgians still standing strong together. And Proximus continues the support.

Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and all citizens.

By consequent, all our points of sales will be closed, until further notice and we will limit our interventions at the customers' premises to the essential activities of maintaining their telecommunications services: repairs, moves or urgent "activations", up to April 20. (date may be postponed depending on government measures).

For non-urgent installations, you can still order online with an installation date as of April 20. The rules on maintaining physical distance continue to apply.

Furthermore you don’t need to return your Proximus equipment after a repair or cancellation for as long as these coronavirus/covid-19 measures are in place. You may postpone this until the end of the containment period, you won’t be charged you for this. We advise you to keep the documents (including the label) for the return of your equipment.

Because we at Proximus want to remain in solidarity with you, we have decided to extend our additional initiatives. And this until 19 April.

You can therefore continue to count on the following exceptional benefits: unlimited internet at home, unlimited calls to fixed lines en 10GB of free mobile data (for mobile customers). for our TV clients, we offer free access to 5 VOD movies, as well as 2 VOD movies for kids every 2 weeks, but also free concerts on the channel Picks Live (channel 12 or 14). Movies & Series (channel 13) remains free of charge until 31 March 2020. More info.

For your information, European governments have required from Netflix, YouTube and other (streaming) services to reduce their bandwidth in order not to overload the Internet network and to ensure that these services remain available to everyone. This may have an impact on your internet quality or speed, for which Proximus can’t intervene.
