How to reboot, back up, or reset your smartphone?

If your smartphone is not functioning as it should, you can start by restarting your device. This often resolves minor issues your device might encounter.

If restarting is not enough, you can completely reset your smartphone. However, resetting your smartphone deletes all data on the device. We therefore advise you to perform a backup to the cloud so you can recover all your data after the reset.
