You can report a claim by telephone from Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If your claim is approved, you will receive your repaired device or another device the next day. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

In Belgium, your repaired smartphone will be delivered the day following the day that your claim is accepted. If your device can’t be repaired, you will receive a similar revised model. In Europe, a new or your repaired smartphone will be delivered within 48 hours of the acceptance of your claim. In case of lack of stock or force majeure, the repair or replacement time may be extended by five days. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Compatible with Proximus’ mobile subscriptions, for private customers and business customers, as mentioned on the website The insurance does not cover, inter alia: (1) negligence, intentional error or a deliberate act by the user; (2) accessories; (3) damage caused by repair by a third party; (4) damage caused by viruses; (5) loss of data. You’ll find the complete list of terms and conditions here. Limited to two claims per year of registration. The Insured can terminate the Agreement in writing at any time, except during the first six months. In case of lack of stock or force majeure the device replacement time or repair time may be extended by five days.
