Self-installation is available when your setup allows it. When you submit your moving request, we run a quick technical check based on your address and network configuration. If everything is compatible and your internet can be activated remotely, we will let you know during the process whether the self-installation option is possible.
For a fiber installation, self-installation is only possible if fiber has already been used at that address recently and the fiber equipment is already in place.
If self-installation isn’t possible for your address or product, we will propose installation by a technician instead.
