You can cancel a TV option whenever you want during the free trial period via MyProximus, Proximus+ app or via TV.

When you've started to pay for the tv-option, you can deactivate your paying option via MyProximus or via Proximus+ app (not via TV).

- The menu on your TV offers "My library" (you have a TV Box V5/5C/6). Click on "My library" and then "Entertainment Standard".
- Your TV menu offers "Subscriptions" (you have an Android TV Box). Click on "Subscriptions" and then navigate to the "Entertainment Standard" section.

- Scroll to the "Recommended in Entertainment Standard" section and discover your catalogue. Good to know: click on the "view all" button to access your entire catalogue.

Prices incl. VAT: The Entertainment Premium offering is a supplementary TV option reserved for customers of the basic Proximus Pickx TV offer. The Entertainment Premium offering includes the Netflix, Entertainment Standard and Pickx+ and 1 year access to Disney+. TV offer is available in a pack with Internet starting from €72.99/month.
Netflix: The price of the Netflix subscription will be included on your Proximus bill/payment statement. Proximus provides technically simplified access to Netflix via the decoder. The Netflix service is subject to the general terms and conditions of Netflix: www.netflix.com/termsofuse. The TV option relates to the Netflix subscription for 2 screens. On request: for 4 screens (for €5 more/month).
Disney+: only one subscription per customer. Access to Disney+ subject to activation of an account with Disney+ by the customer. Offer cannot be used on existing Disney+ account. The Disney+ Subscriber Agreement applies. To enjoy Disney+ content via your Proximus TV box (in recommended apps section of the navigation TV menu), you must have the Proximus Android TV decoder. More detailed info on how to watch Disney+ via your Proximus Android TV Box. To use Disney+, a Disney+ account is required. The user must accept Disney+ terms and conditions. Disney+ is an independent data controller of the personal data of Disney+ subscribers. Access to Disney+ is subject to the activation of an account with Disney+ by the customer. The customer needs to activate a new access to Disney+ with the Proximus procedure communicated by e-mail. More detailed info on how to activate a new access to Disney+.
Entertainment Premium/All-in: offer valid till 01/05/2026 included, by purchasing the TV option TV Entertainment Premium at €33.99 per month or by purchasing the TV option TV All-in at €44.99 per month. Only for TV customers of Proximus. Action not combinable with other promotions. Discount applicable only once per client and applied as €5/month during 3 months on the Proximus payment statement. Proximus reserves itself the right to extend or stop the promotion earlier.
