The Pickx+ channel is accessible via channel 13 (by default) of your decoder.

On your TV: press the button on your remote control. Follow the instructions according to your TV MENU:
- The menu on your TV offers "My library" (you have a TV Box V5/5C/6). Click on "My library" and then "All-in".
- Your TV menu offers "Subscriptions" (you have an Android TV Box). Click on "Subscriptions" and then navigate to the "All-in" section.

- Scroll to the "Recommended in All-in" section and discover your catalogue. Good to know: click on the "view all" button to access your entire catalogue.

After purchase, you can use the activated TV option within 24 hours.
At certain times of the day, it takes a little longer to activate this option, up to a maximum of 24 hours. If the activation has not happened by then, please contact us. -
You can cancel a TV option whenever you want during the free trial period via MyProximus, Proximus+ app or via TV.

When you've started to pay for the tv-option, you can deactivate your paying option via MyProximus or via Proximus+ app (not via TV).

Prices incl. VAT: The All-in offering is a supplementary TV option reserved for customers of the basic Proximus TV offer. The All-in offering includes Netflix, Entertainment Standard, Pickx+, Disney+ and Pickx Sports. TV offer is available in a pack with Internet starting from €72.99/month.
In addition to the All-in subscription, an extra subscription with Eleven Sports is mandatory to broadcast the Eleven Pro League channels in a Horeca establishment. More info.
Netflix: The price of the Netflix subscription will be included on your Proximus bill/payment statement. Proximus provides technically simplified access to Netflix via the decoder. The Netflix service is subject to the general terms and conditions of Netflix: www.netflix.com/termsofuse. The TV option relates to the Netflix subscription for 2 screens. On request: for 4 screens (for €5 more/month).
Disney+: only one subscription per customer. Access to Disney+ subject to activation of an account with Disney+ by the customer. Offer cannot be used on existing Disney+ account. The Disney+ Subscriber Agreement applies. To enjoy Disney+ content via your Proximus TV box (in recommended apps section of the navigation TV menu), you must have the Proximus Android TV decoder. More detailed info on how to watch Disney+ via your Proximus Android TV Box. To use Disney+, a Disney+ account is required. The user must accept Disney+ terms and conditions. Disney+ is an independent data controller of the personal data of Disney+ subscribers. Access to Disney+ is subject to the activation of an account with Disney+ by the customer. The customer needs to activate a new access to Disney+ with the Proximus procedure communicated by e-mail. More detailed info on how to activate a new access to Disney+.
Entertainment Premium/All-in: offer valid till 01/05/2026 included, by purchasing the TV option TV Entertainment Premium at €33.99 per month or by purchasing the TV option TV All-in at €44.99 per month. Only for TV customers of Proximus. Action not combinable with other promotions. Discount applicable only once per client and applied as €5/month during 3 months on the Proximus payment statement. Proximus reserves itself the right to extend or stop the promotion earlier.
Pickx Sports/All-in: a temporary discount of € 6 incl. VAT is automatically applied to the current monthly price of the concerned subscription (€20.99 / € 39.99 incl. VAT). This discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, except with "5 EUR discount on Entertainment Premium/All-in during 3 months" and remains valid until a possible change in the offer occurs, of which you will be informed at least one month in advance or in the event of an agreement between Proximus and DAZN for the reintegration of DAZN channels into the offer, the promotion will automatically end.
When ordering Pickx Sports / All-in, the price of €20.99/month or €44.99 €39.99 /month will appear in your shopping basket. Don’t worry: the temporary discount of €6/month will be automatically applied to your invoice and will be mentioned in the confirmation email.
The full price of €20.99/month or €44.99 €39.99 /month might appear on the first invoice. This will be corrected via a batch process at the end of the month. You will receive a confirmation of this correction. On the following invoice, you will receive the €6 discount for the month of activation as well as the €6 discount for the subsequent month.
