    - within 3 working days for devices with subscription.

14 days to change your mind

  • No stress, you’ve got 14 days to return your items, without any costs or providing a motif  as of the day following the delivery of the products ordered online and according to the applied renunciation conditions. Fill out the form (.pdf) if you want to cancel your order.
  • Want to cancel your order? Devices without a subscription and paid online can be returned via www.proximus.be/return.
    How does it work? Fill out the form to cancel your order. You will need the ECA number (which you find on the delivery voucher and the bill or payment statement) and the e-mail address you used to place the order.

2 year warranty

  • You enjoy a 2 year warranty on all devices ordered online.
  • In case of a broken mobile device, visit one of our Proximus point-of-sales, for further instructions regarding the repair of your device.
  • In case of a broken fixed device, visit one of our Proximus point-of-sales, for further instructions regarding the repair of your device.
  • Your purchase invoice or payment statement and/or delivery note act as a warranty document in case of repair.
