Troubleshooting common issues

Are you experiencing problems with your SIM card? Here are some solutions to the most common problems:

If you have entered the wrong PIN code three times, your SIM card will be blocked. Use your PUK code to unlock the SIM card. You can find the PUK code on the SIM card holder or in your MyProximus account. There are also other ways to retrieve your PUK code.

The activation of your eSIM failed? Check if your device is compatible, if you have a good internet connection, and if the QR code or activation code is valid. Sometimes restarting your device can help.

If your device does not recognize the SIM card, check if the SIM card is inserted correctly. Gently clean the gold contacts with a dry cloth and try again. If the problem persists, the SIM card may be damaged.
