Have you forgotten the password for your Cloud account? Or do you wish to change it? Your Cloud password is the same as your MyProximus password.
You can set a new password via the Cloud app or the MyProximus login page.
Open the Cloud app and on the login page and click the link Forgotten your password?.
Fill in your e-mail address and click Send.
You will receive an e-mail message titled 'Welcome - Cloud' with instructions on how to reset your password. If you can't immediately find the e-mail, check your spam folder.
