From the request to the installation in your home
Once you have let us know you're interested in a Proximus fiber connection, we'll register your request and transfer it to Fiberklaar. Installation and activation will be free of charge. We have taken note of your interest in fiber. You do not need to choose a Fiber pack at this stage.
Questions that you may still have
Your fiber connection is completely free of charge for every activation of a Fiber pack, whether you are an existing Proximus customer or not. If you opt for another fiber product outside the pack, for example Internet Fiber, a fee of € 59 will be charged for a new installation.
By letting us know your are interested in fiber, you are making sure you will receive free installation and activation of your future Proximus Flex Fiber pack (see conditions).
It all depends on your current pack, your options... and the pack you will choose. Once fiber has been pre-installed, you will be able to choose the Fiber pack that suits you best.
No, you can always change or cancel your application at any time and free of charge. You are also always free to choose another operator for fiber.

Once the fiber entry point is installed in your home, we will come and install the modem and activate your fiber product(s).
You can contact one or the other. Your request will be transferred either way. However, submitting your request to Proximus gives us an indication that you wish us to get back to you with a Fiber pack proposal, as soon as has completed the fiber installation in your home.
