• New customers: by ordering a new (Business) Flex+ Ultra Fiber pack, customers will receive the Internet Box+ with integrated Wi-Fi 7.
• Existing Ultra Fiber customers: Those already equipped with an Internet Box+ with Wi-Fi 6E can proactively request an exchange to receive the new Internet Box+ with Wi-Fi 7 in early 2026.
