Activate Disney +

Disney+ is available for all those who have the Pickx All StarsOpens a new window or Pickx All Stars & SportsOpens a new window options.  If you don't have them, you must first order one of these 2 options.

Activate Disney+ after ordering Pickx All Stars or Pickx All Stars & Sports

Within 48 hours after ordering Pickx All Stars or Pickx All Stars & Sports, you will receive an e-mail from Proximus about Disney+

  1. Open the email and click on the activation link. 
    If you do not see the Proximus logo in the middle of the page, use your access code like this:
  2. Enter your e-mail address. This will be your login. It will be useful to install Disney+ on other devices: TV, computer, tablet, mobile phone...
  3. Accept the terms and conditions of use.
  4. Create a password of at least 6 characters including a special character or a number. It will be useful to install Disney+ on other devices: TV, computer, tablet, mobile phone...
  5. Enter your credit card or Paypal details. Don't panic, it's included for one year...
  6. That's good. You can start watching Disney+. Do you have an Android TV Box? Go to channel 58 or download the Disney+ app. You will need your Disney+ login and password.

Conditions to receive a second Disney code and how to activate it

If you are an Pickx All Stars/Pickx All Stars & Sports customer and activated 12 months access to Disney+, you benefit from an additional 12 months access to Disney+.  You will receive an activation link and a second code which can only be used at the end of your first 12-months access. This new code will only work for users who don’t have an active Disney+ subscription.  You will therefore need to manage your existing subscription before redeeming your code.

How does it work?

  1. On the day your first 12 month access ends, you will receive an email/SMS/letter from Proximus with a new code.
  2. Important to know, this code only works for users who don’t have an active subscription on Disney+. If you still have an active subscription, you will need to take the following steps:
    1. Go to www.disneyplus.comOpens a new window and log in.
    2. Select your Profile.
    3. Select Account.
    4. Select Cancel Subscription.
    5. Answer to the question with Getting Disney+ through another provider, then Continue to cancel.
  3. Good to know: your subscription will continue to be active until the date shown in the account settings www.disneyplus.com/accountOpens a new window .
  4. Once your subscription is no longer active you can redeem your second code from Proximus by clicking on the link displayed in the Proximus communication.
  5. Enter your current email address linked to your Disney+ account.
  6. Confirm, and you can now enjoy new 12 months access to Disney+. Do you have an Android TV Box? Go to channel 58 or download the Disney+ app. You will need your Disney+ login and password.
