Receive your bill or payment statement by e-mail, via Zoomit or by post?

You can choose how you would like to receive your bill or payment statement::

  • By e-mail and optionally also by text message: an electronic document in PDF.
  • Via Zoomit: an electronic document in PDF in your Internet Banking tool. You can pay your bills there immediately.
  • By post: a paper document

Configure this via MyProximus (app or Web). You must be registered on MyProximus and logged in as the administrator of your account.

Proceed as follows.

By e-mail/text message
  1. Via the app: In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.
    Via the website: Click the button below and log in.

  2. The green checkmark indicates how you currently receive your bill or payment statement.
  3. Click on By e-mail.
  4. Are you a private customer? Your e-mail address is already filled in. Would you rather that your bill or payment statement be sent to another e-mail address?
    Are you a business customer? Fill in the e-mail address you want to use.
  5. Would you also like a notification by text message (not obligatory)? In that case, select your mobile number from the list or fill it in. Don't need a text message? Checkmark "No text message notification needed".
  6. Click on Confirm your selection.

If you opt for "by e-mail", you are not obliged to pay by direct debit.

Via Zoomit
  1. Via the app: In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.
    Via the website: Click the button below and log in.

  2. The green checkmark indicates how you currently receive your bill or payment statement.
  3. Click on Via Zoomit.
  4. Fill in the bank account number to which your bills or payment statements should be sent.
  5. Click on Activate Zoomit and confirm.
  6. Then open your Internet Banking tool and, in the Zoomit section, enter the e-mail address on which you want to be notified by Zoomit of each new document.
  7. Then open your Internet Banking tool and, in the Zoomit section, enter the e-mail address on which you want to be notified by Zoomit of each new document.
  8. We'll take care of the rest. After 24 hours you will see Zoomit checkmarked in MyProximus.

By post?
  1. Via the app: In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.

  2. The green checkmark indicates how you currently receive your bill or payment statement.
  3. Select On Paper.
  4. Click on Activate Paper.
  5. We will send the document to your current address. You can change this address for your bill or payment statement online.

As soon as you confirm the changes, you will receive your bills or payment statements as per your new setting. However, if we are already in the process of drawing up your next bill or payment statement, it will be sent via the old method one more time.

Tip: No matter how you receive your bill or payment statement, you can always consult all usage details online and choose yourself how you would like to pay. Also, be sure to consider the convenience of paying by direct debit.
