Receive your bill or payment statement by e-mail, via Zoomit or by post?

You can choose how you would like to receive your bill or payment statement:

  • By e-mail and possibly also by text message: an electronical document in PDF format.
  • Via Zoomit: an electronical document in your Internet Banking. You can pay your bills there immediately.
  • By post: a paper document.

Configure this via MyProximus (app or Web). You must be registered on MyProximus and be the administrator of your account. Proceed as follows.

By e-mail/text message?
  1. Via the app? In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.
    Via the website? Click the button below and log in.

  2. Are you a private customer? Your e-mail address is already filled in. Would you rather that your bill or payment statement be sent to another e-mail address?
    Are you a business customer? Fill in the e-mail address you want to use.
  3. Would you also like a notification by text message (not obligatory)? In that case, fill in your mobile number.
  4. Check that the right numbers are checkmarked: if necessary, uncheck the bills or payment statements that you don't want to receive by e-mail and then click on Continue and then Confirm.
  5. Open the e-mail "Your subscription to Proximus' My electronic bill" which we sent you. Only then will the change be complete.
Via Zoomit?
  1. Via the app? In the MyProximus app, tap on Bills and then on Choose your bill sending method.

  2. Select Internet banking (Zoomit) and fill in the bank account number to which your bills or payment statements should be directed.
  3. Check that the right numbers are checkmarked: if necessary, uncheck the bills or payment statements that you don't want to receive via Zoomit and then click on Continue and then Confirm.
  4. Then open your Internet banking and, in the Zoomit section, enter the e-mail address on which you want Zoomit to notify you of each new document.

By post?

  2. Select Paper (by post).
  3. Check that the right numbers are checkmarked: if necessary, uncheck the bills or payment statements that you don't want to receive by post and then click on Continue and then Confirm.
  4. We will send the documrnt to your existing address. You can change the address of your bill or payment statement online.

If you receive more than 1 bill or payment statement per month, you can in certain cases only select 1 sending method for both documents.

As soon as you confirm the changes, you will receive your bill or payment statement according to your new setting. However, if we are already in the process of drawing up your next document, it will be sent via the old method one more time.

Tip: No matter how you receive your bill or payment statement, you can always consult all details online and choose yourself how you would like to pay. Also, be sure to consider the convenience of paying by direct debit.
