Change the sending method
- Are you a residential customer? Your e-mail address is already filled in. You want your bill or payment statement rather to another e-mail address?
Are you a business customer? Fill in the e-mail address you want to use.
- Would you also like a notification by text message (not obligatory)? In that case, fill in your mobile number.
- Check that the right numbers are checkmarked: if necessary, uncheck the bills or payment statements that you don't want to receive by e-mail and then click on Continue and then Confirm.
- Open the e-mail "Your subscription to Proximus' 'My electronic bill' which we sent you. Then will the change be complete.
