How to indicate a damage case?
- File a claim
- Online (recommended): file a claim
- By phone. In Belgium: call 0800 90 790 or in the world: +32 3 221 51 48.
- Check the franchise costs here
- Your device will be collected and repaired
If your claim meets the conditions, our courier service will collect your device. After that, our repair service will repair your smartphone. If the damage is not repairable, you will get another smartphone. This can be the same model or a similar device.
- Get your smartphone
You get your repaired smartphone or another device at the location of your preference.
Questions about Smartphone Omnium insurance
No, smartphone insurance is not linked to your device, but it is linked to your mobile number. For example, if you put your SIM card in your new smartphone, then that device will be covered.

Smartphone Omnium covers you worldwide and is linked to your cell phone subscription, not to your device itself. If you change your smartphone, your new device is automatically insured.
If the claim is accepted before 2 p.m. and a repair can be carried out, the device can be picked up the same day at an address in Belgium of your choice. If for any reason a repair is not possible, your device will be replaced.
