I want to become Bizz All-in customer and keep my current mobile phone number(s)

Attention: the steps below are only valid when ordering online and for Bizz All-in without Bizz Call Connect. If you opt for a pack with Bizz Call Connect we will call you back to finalize the order.   

You already have a mobile phone number with Proximus
You can only keep you mobile phone number if this isn’t combined with a smartphone offer.

  1. Compose your Bizz All-in, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Bizz All-in)
  2. Once you have ordered your Bizz All-in pack you can start the product configuration. Log in to MyProximus and an automatic check will be done to see which mobile phone numbers you can transfer.
  3. Choose ‘Proximus’ from the operator list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  4. For every mobile phone number you want to transfer you will need to provide the SIM card number, so keep this at hand.
You already have a pack with a mobile subscription from before 14/10/2016

You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers. Place your Bizz All-in order and we will call you back to finalize everything.

You already have a mobile phone number with another operator
You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers , follow these steps:

  1. Compose your Bizz All-in, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Bizz All-in).
  2. Once you have ordered your Bizz All-in pack you can start the product configuration. Choose your current operator from the list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. If you have a prepaid subscription with another operator you will have to provide the SIM card number. If you have a mobile subscription with another operator you will only need to provide your customer account number.

I'm already a Bizz All-in customer and want to add an additional mobile subscription.

Simply recompose your current Bizz All-in pack with the additional mobile subscription you want to add. During the product configuration, the additional mobile subscription will be added to your current Bizz All-in pack

I'm already a Bizz Office customer and want to add a mobile subscription.

In this case, compose a Bizz All-in pack. Choose your mobile subscription and we'll upgrade  your Bizz Office to a Bizz All-in pack when we process your order; it's super fast and easy!

What about calling internationally?

As a Bizz All-in and Bizz Office customer you call for free internationally from your fixed line to fixed and mobile numbers, during the evening and weekend.

With the 12 GB mobile subscription in a Bizz All-in you will also get 600 minutes with your mobile to the EU.

How do I change my favorite app?

When you become a Bizz All-in customer, we'll set WhatsApp as your default favorite app when we activate your mobile subscription(s). You can change your favorite app once a month via the MyProximus app or website.

Is the data usage of my favorite app also valid abroad?

The unlimited mobile data for your favorite app is valid in the European Union + Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

Can I share the mobile data in Bizz All-in?

No, the mobile data is valid for only one mobile subscription

Switch to Bizz All-in or Bizz Office

I already have a Proximus pack and want to switch to a Bizz All-in or Bizz Office pack. What will happen to my current products?

Simply order your Bizz All-in or Bizz Office pack and we'll convert your current products automatically. However, please note: if you have, say, two mobile subscriptions, you'll need to select two mobile subscriptions in your Bizz All-in pack.

I am interested in Bizz All-in or Bizz Office. What will happen to my current promotions if I order?

If you benefit from a combined offer (mobile subscription + smartphone), you keep your promotion (the conditions and number of products remain the same).
Some promotions (but not all) are compatible with Bizz All-in and Bizz Office. Don't hesitate to call us on 0800 55 909 or visit one of our Proximus Centers or stores to find out if you can keep your promotion.

I want to add or change an option in my existing pack without taking a Bizz All-in

It's possible! All options are compatible with the old and new packs. Each extra option will be offered at catalog price based on your type of pack.

I'm currently with another operator and want to switch to Bizz All-in or Bizz Office

Switching over is very simple; you can even keep your mobile number(s). Order your Bizz All-in or Bizz Office pack and we'll check immediately whether a technician will need to drop by your home; the installation is completely free of charge. Don't forget to write a letter of termination for your current products.

Do I have to pay any Bizz All-in or Bizz Office installation charge?

No, it's completely free of charge! The installation and activation are included; this is a saving of €48.76!

How quickly can my Bizz All-in or Bizz Office pack be installed?

During the product configuration, you can choose the installation date yourself. The installation date depends on your selected products, the products you already have and the availability of our technicians. Expect and average waiting time of about 14 calendar days.

Proximus TV

I want to connect Proximus TV on several TV sets.

The first decoder is always included in your Bizz All-in or Bizz Office pack. Want to add an additional decoder? Then simply order your pack and during the product configuration you'll have the option of adding up to two extra decoders. You pay just €6/month for each additional decoder.

I would like to activate, change or remove a TV Bonus in my Bizz All-in or Bizz Office.

You can activate a TV Bonus in your Bizz All-in or Bizz Office via MyProximus. You can also activate a TV bundle via the decoder.

Changing or removing a TV bundle is possible only via MyProximus. In a Bizz All-in or Bizz Office pack, you can change your TV bundle twice a year.

How do I watch the free blockbuster movie?

With you pack Bizz All-in or Bizz Office you can watch 1 blockbuster movie for free from our exclusive catalog every month. You can find back this catalog with your remote control by clicking on ‘on demand’ > ‘Movies’ > ‘Blockbuster gift’.

How do I record programs remotely?

Thanks to the Proximus TV app, you can set up or cancel a recording no matter where you are and whenever you want.

Can I show Proximus TV in the public space of my business or office?

The TV offer, on-demand programs of Proximus TV and Netflix are exclusively for your own personal and noncommercial use. You agree not to use the service for public impressions.

Smartphone with subscription

I want to order a Bizz All-in with a smartphone. How will the phone be delivered?

If you order a Bizz All-in with a smartphone via the website, your new phone will be delivered to your home address free of charge. You can choose the delivery date when you order (max. 30 days after the installation of the Internet). This date must be at least four working days later than the order date.

For a home delivery, can I choose the address to which the device will be delivered? 

No, this is not possible. The device will be automatically delivered to the installation address of your Proximus products.

Do I have to be present at the chosen date in case of a home delivery? 

Yes, it is important that you are at home to take delivery of your device and to sign the delivery note. If you are unable to be present, you can give a proxy to someone. You will find a proxy document on www.proximus.be/mandate. Please also give this person a copy of your identity card.

How do I pay for my phone?

If you order a Bizz All-in pack with a smartphone via the website, the price of your phone will be added to your next Proximus bill. You do not, therefore, have to pay on delivery at your home.

Is my smartphone ready for surfing on the Internet?

If you experience any problems with mobile Internet, it's very easy to configure your smartphone with our online tool.
