Consult your usage

With MyProximus, keep an eye on how much you have surfed the Net, called or texted:

Usage that is not yet billed:

Check the usage of the current month. To do so, use MyProximus via the website or the app:

Here you will see your usage for all your subscriptions (mobile phones, fixed line, Internet and TV), but you must be the administrator of your customer number.  Otherwise you will see only the usage for your mobile phone or tablet.

Proceed as follows: (or watch the video in French or Dutch):

  1. Log in to MyProximus to how much you much data you used, how much you called or texted .

  2. You arrive at the page My usage.  If needed, select the account (Pack/Mobile) whose usage you want to consult.
  3. For the month underway, you will see your call minutes, text messages, fixed Internet and mobile Internet or the purchases made via your TV. You can see on which date your usage has started and when it will end: from (date) to (date).
  4. In purple you can see how much of your bundle you've used up. If you exceed your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be shown in red. If you have a subscription with unlimited calls or text messages, it is possible that this counter is not displayed.
  5. Is something unclear? Want to see who you called at what moment? Click More details about your usage.

High usage? Keep in mind that the amount is not exact until the bill or payment statement is drawn up, which is when we deduct any discounts or promotions. Meanwhile, here are a few tips:

Via the app

Here you can choose what you want to see. By default, you will see the usage of the SIM card in your mobile phone or tablet. If you are the  administrator of your customer number, you will see also your other products.  But you also can add another account.
To see your usage,  download the MyProximus app and proceed as follows:

  1. Open the app and tap on Usage.
  2. For the month underway, you will see your call minutes, text messages, fixed Internet and mobile Internet data or the purchases made via your TV. You can see how many days of that month remain of that month: (number) days remaining.
  3. In purple you can see how much of your bundle you've used up.  If you have a subscription with unlimited calls or text messages, your calls minutes or number of text messages are not shown.
  4. If you exceed your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be shown in red. You will see the additional amount that you will be charged.
  5. Do you see no usage or missing usage? Read the following tips. You also can add another account.
