Unblock a domain name

Every year, you receive a Whois Data Reminder Mail. If it bounces back, we will block your domain for security reasons. This means that your e-mail address is no longer correct or that your mailbox is full.

How do you unblock it? Please contact the DNS master at dnsmaster@proximus.com. to validate your email address.

Here's a sample message to unblock your domain name:
"Hello, my domain name (mybusiness.be) is blocked. My email address should be xxxx@proximus.be . Could you unblock it? Thank you."
