How to get TV on your mobile, tablet or computer?

You must have a MyProximus account, be administrator of the MyProximus account and be connected to the Proximus network (via Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G, or a Wi-Fi Hotspot) in Belgium.

How to download and install the Proximus TV app?
  1. Download and install Proximus TV free of charge via the Play Store, App Store or Windows Store.

    Mobile phone or tablet with Android 4.1 or higher

    iPhone or iPad iOS 7.0 or higher

    Windows mobile, tablet or PC with Windows 8.1 or higher

  2. Log in with your MyProximus login and password. Warning: you must use the login and password of the MyProximus account manager.
  3. When you open the Proximus TV app for the first time, you will see a demo of the application. Watch it (again) whenever you want by first clicking the "?" icon and then Démo interactive > Lancer demo (if you have downloaded the app in French) or Interactieve demo > Starten demo (in Dutch).

TV on your computer

You do not need to download any software to watch Proximus TV on your computer. Simply surf to and log in using the MyProximus login and password. Warning: you must use the login and password  of the MyProximus account manager.

Your PC or Mac must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Operating system: Windows 7 (or higher) or Mac OSX 10.6 (or higher). Find out which operating system you have..
  • Screen resolution: 1024x768 pixels.
  • Connection speed: 1 Mb/s (or higher).
