Retrieve your PUK code to unblock your SIM card

Did you forget your PIN code? You cannot retrieve your PIN code, but if you enter the wrong PIN code 3 times, your PUK code will be requested.
Did you enter the wrong PIN code 3 times? Enter your PUK code to unblock the SIM card of your mobile and choose a new PIN code.

There are 2 ways to retrieve your PUK code:

Via the MyProximus website

Only available on the MyProximus website, not via the MyProximus app. The steps are different if you have a bill or payment statement with of without a red bank transfer form.

Do you have a bill or payment statement without a red bank transfer form?
  1. Log in to MyProximus to view your products.
    View your products
    Attention: In some cases you need to be administrator in MyProximus to see the PUK code.
  2. Click on your mobile number.
  3. Your PUK code  is shown on the left side of the screen.
    You will now see your PUK code on the left side of the screen, below your mobile number.

Do you have a bill or payment statement with a red bank transfer form?
  1. Log in to MyProximus to view your products.
    View your products
    Attention: In some cases you need to be administrator in MyProximus  to see the PUK code.
  2. Click on your mobile number.
  3. In the box Services, click PUK & sim card.
  4. Next to My PUK code, you can now see your PUK code.
    You will now see your PUK code next to My PUK code.

Via the welcome letter

Look on the SIM card holder you received in your welcome letter. If there are 2 PUK codes mentioned, always use PUK1.

Don’t confuse the PIN code of your SIM card with the entry code of your mobile. If you forgot the entry code of your mobile, please contact the manufacturer.

Be careful when entering your PUK code.
If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times, your SIM card will be blocked permanently. In that case you will need to request a new SIM card in a point-of-sale.
