Install Norton Family Premier
Want to protect your children with Norton Family Premier? Follow the steps below to download the application from MyProximus and install it on your child's mobile phone, tablet or computer.
Norton Family Premier is part of Norton Security 5.
If you download Norton Family Premier directly from the Norton website or Play Store, you will have to enter your product key to be able to use it.
Android
How to install Norton Family Premier on Android?
- Surf to www.proximus.be/installationnorton on the mobile phone or tablet where you want to install Norton.
- Log on to your MyProximus account. You will be redirected to the Norton overview page in MyProximus. Don't have an account yet? Register for MyProximus.
- Tap the link Download Norton Family Premier. Your browser will open.
- Sign in to your Norton account. If you don't have an account yet, tap Create an account and follow the instructions. Use the same Norton account to install it on all your devices, as you can only link your product key to a single Norton account.
- You will now be redirected to the Google Play store. Tap Install.
- Start the app and accept the license agreement, privacy statement and children's data rights
- Sign in to your Norton account again and complete the steps to set the device for your child.
- After the installation, surf to the settings page on norton.com to set the websites your children can visit, limit their Internet access, etc.
Your child's mobile phone or tablet is now protected.

iOS

PC
How to install Norton Family Premier on a PC?
- Surf to www.proximus.be/installationnorton on the PC where you want to install Norton.
- Log on to your MyProximus account. You will be redirected to the Norton overview page in MyProximus. Don't have an account yet? Register for MyProximus.
- Tap the link Download Norton Family Premier. Your browser will open.
- Tap the Log in button in the upper right corner if needed.
- Sign in to your Norton account. If you don't have an account yet, tap Create an account and follow the instructions. Use the same Norton account to install it on all your devices, as you can only link your product key to a single Norton account.
- Follow the instructions to create a profile for your child. If you have already used Norton Family Premier before, tap your child's name, click the button to add a device and follow the download instructions.
- The file will now download onto your PC. Click on the file and follow the steps to download and install Norton Family Premier onto your PC.
- Click the Agree & install link and complete the steps to set the PC for your child.
- After the installation, surf to the settings page on norton.com to set the websites your children can visit, limit their Internet access, etc.
Your child's PC is now protected.
