How to register for MyProximus?

With a MyProximus account, you can consult your mobile phone, Internet, TV or landline usage, view and pay for your bills or payment statements, and manage options and services (such as extra data and Smart Wi-Fi).

You can register via the MyProximus app or the Proximus website. If you have more than one Proximus bill per month or want to manage all your subscriptions for your family or company, we recommend you register via the website.


Registering via the app


 

You can register via the app. But if you have several products or several bills per month, it's better to register via the website.

  1. Open the MyProximus app. If your name is displayed at the top left, then you are already registered for MyProximus. Go to step 9.
  2. On the top left, tap or your number. Then tap Add account and after that tap Register below.
  3. Fill in your details. Your e-mail address will become your username.
  4. Choose a password with minimum 8 characters. It must contain at least 4 letters and 1 numeral.
  5. First, link your Internet, TV or landline to your username. For this, you need your customer number, activation code, and date. Enter these and go to step 6.
    If you only have one (or more) mobile phones and no landline products, in You only have mobile products? enter your mobile number and follow the instructions.
  6. Open your e-mail program and tap the link in the e-mail Confirm your MyProximus login which we sent you. Do this within 14 days so your account continues working after that time.
  7. Open the MyProximus app again and on the top left tap or your number. Then tap Add account and enter your username and password.
    If you name doesn't appear on the top left, wait for one hour and carry out step 7 again.
  8. Tap Products. If you don't see all your mobile numbers, you can add them via the MyProximus website.
  9. You are now registered. From now on, you can also use this username to log in to the MyProximus website. You can also add another, already existing account to the MyProximus app.

Registering via the website


 
  1. Start your registration for MyProximus here.
  2. Fill in your details. Your e-mail address will become your username.
  3. Choose a password with minimum 8 characters. It must contain at least 4 letters and 1 numeral.
  4. First, link your Internet, TV or landline to your username. For this, you need your customer number, activation code, and date. Enter these and go to step 5.
    If you only have one (or more) mobile phones and no landline products, in You only have mobile products? enter your mobile number and follow the instructions.
  5. Open your e-mail program and tap on the link in the e-mail Confirm your MyProximus login which we sent you. Do this within 14 days so your account continues working after that time.
  6. Log in to MyProximus by entering your username and password.
  7. Click My Products. If you don't see all your mobile numbers, you can add them.
  8. Want to manage your bills? Click My Bills. Can't see them? Then follow the procedure for becoming an administrator.
  9. You are now registered. From now on, with this username you can log in on both the MyProximus app and the website.
