Update your mobile number. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to MyProximus (only via the website, with your user name or with itsme®) to update your mobile number.
Update your mobile number Opens a new window - You will be taken to the My Account page.
- In the field Mobile number, enter the mobile number you want to use as a contact number for MyProximus.
If you also manage the already entered mobile number in MyProximus, it is not possible to change it. - Click Save changes. Your new number will now be used in case your password is forgotten.
