Do you receive the error message "There is more than 1 MyProximus account...."? Then fill in your e-mail address instead of your mobile number (or your mobile number instead of your e-mail address).

Are your e-mail address and mobile number not recognized?
Then the only solution is to register again.
Type in the security code and click Next.
You will immediately receive an e-mail or text message with your user name.
Click the link in the e-mail or type in the login and security code contained in the text message.
Next, choose your password (must contain at least 8 characters, including at least 4 letters and 1 numeral) and confirm.
You will be automatically logged in to MyProximus with your user name and new password.
Remember your new password the next time you log in to MyProximus (website and app).
