Forgotten your MyProximus login or password?

Request your MyProximus user name (login) and set a new password:

1. Provide here the e-mail address that you used to register for MyProximus.
   Is your e-mail address not recognized? The only solution is to register again
2. Click the requested images and click Next.
3. You will immediately receive an e-mail with your user name.
4. Click the link in the e-mail. If multiple accounts exist, select the user name for which you want to set a new password.
5. Next, choose your password (must contain at least 8 characters, including at least 4 letters and 1 numeral) and confirm.
6. You will be automatically logged in to MyProximus with your user name and new password.

Remember your new password the next time you log in to MyProximus (website and app).
