Privacy notice

The personal data you provide when you register for access to a Proximus collaborative workplace will be stored within the EU in a system held by Proximus PLC under Belgian Public Law (27 bd du Roi Albert II, 1030 Brussels, Belgium) who will act as the data controller for this data. The same goes for the audit logs of your accesses to the Proximus collaborative workplace.

The data will be kept until your account has been revoked. The personal data will be used for the management and authentication of your access. The data can be accessed by the dedicated Proximus IT-administrator and Security team and in exceptional cases by the Microsoft support team.

You have the right to inspect, correct and remove your personal data. You can also object to the processing thereof, but you will understand that this will lead to revoking your access because the data are necessary to manage the accesses to the Proximus’s collaborative workplace.
