If you only have a mobile subscription, you can change your billing address for free via MyProximus. Internet subscription only? The moving costs are €59.

Already a customer? Be sure to let us know you are moving at least five weeks in advance, so we can install everything on your preferred date. Is it too late? Of course this is still possible. We will do our utmost to install your products as soon as possible.
How to switch telecom operators?
To switch to Proximus you only need your Easy Switch ID and your current customer number. We'll take care of everything, from the cancellation request from your previous operator to the complete installation.
