Discontinuation of old fixed telephony tariff plans and details of Classic rates for individuals and businesses starting from 01/08/2025

As announced on your invoice, certain outdated fixed telephony tariff plans are being discontinued as part of a simplification of the product offering from 01/08/2025. Consequently, (inter)national calls will be billed at standard rates (also known as "Classic Rates"), which may result in a rate increase. The impact of this depends on the customer's current consumption profile.

Below you will find the costs and a description of the tariff conditions for your current tariff plan that will be discontinued, as well as the standard rates (“Classic Rates”) to which you will revert when your current tariff plan disappears.

What is expected of you as an individual client?

You do not need to do anything. Your tariff plan will be automatically terminated, and you will revert to standard rates. As of 01/08/2025, your former tariff plan will no longer appear on your invoice, and the respective subscription fees or discounts will disappear.

What to do if you still wish to have a tariff plan?

In this case, we recommend contacting us. This can be done via the website or at 0800 22 800. We are at your disposal to discuss your wishes and offer you the most suitable alternative.
