Activate or deactivate Smartphone Omnium
Smartphone broken or stolen? With the Smartphone Omnium option, you receive your repaired smartphone or another smartphone the next day.
You can activate this option in 4 ways:
- Surf to www.proximus.be/smartphoneomnium , click 'Order now' and follow the procedure to place your order.
- Via MyProximus:
- Via the app: Open the app, tap Products and choose your mobile subscription. Tap Options and scroll down to tap on Smartphone Omnium.
If you are not the administrator of the bills in MyProximus, tap Ask for approval so that the administrator can approve it. If you are the administrator of the bills, follow the procedure to confirm your order. - Via the website (only if you are the administrator ): Log on to MyProximus , tap Products and choose your mobile subscription. Scroll down to Security, click on Smartphone Omnium and follow the procedure to confirm your order.
- Via the app: Open the app, tap Products and choose your mobile subscription. Tap Options and scroll down to tap on Smartphone Omnium.
- Contact our customer service.
- Visit a Proximus Shop in your area.
This option can be deactivated free of charge at any time via our customer service or in a Proximus Shop.
The Smartphone Omnium option is linked to your mobile subscription, not to your device. So if you change your mobile phone, your new device is automatically insured.
