SMS alerts
You regularly receive a text message indicating your data usage in Belgium and abroad, 24/7. This is an automatic service, so you don't have to do anything for it.
Surfing limit
Your mobile Internet connection will be cut off when your bill reaches €60 (incl. VAT) while abroad. You will be alerted by SMS. The surfing limit applies until the next billing period.

Calling and SMS from Belgium to abroad
Mobile Connect
- The Mobile Connect offer is only intended for business customers.
- Calls are charged per second as of the 61st second.
- Calls to satellite networks are billed at €7/min.
- For Mobile Connect Plus and Data Connect Start and Plus, the maximum speed provided for your mobile data is 200 Mbps.
- For Mobile Connect Pro and Data Connect Pro, the maximum speed provided for your mobile data is 250 Mbps.
- For Mobile Connect Max+ et Data Connect Max+, the maximum speed provided for your mobile data is 500 Mbps.
- For Mobile Connect Start, a surf limit of €60 (incl. VAT) applies.
- For Mobile Connect Plus, Pro, Max, Max+ and Data Connect Start, Plus, Pro, Max and Max+, the included mobile data volume can be used in Belgium and the EU. The out-of-bundle price is €0.10 per extra MB and the speed will be limited to 256 Mbps in Belgium.
- For Mobile Connect International and Data Connect Ultra, the mobile data volume in the EU is limited to 62 GB, the out-of-bundle price in the EU is €0.0014 per MB.
Roaming in Europe
- Roaming in EU, Mobile Connect International and Data Connect Ultra is limited to 62 GB. For each additional MB you pay € 0.0014.
- For Mobile Connect Plus, Pro, Max, Max+ and Data Connect Start, Plus, Pro, Max and Max+, the included mobile data volume can be used in Belgium and the EU. The out-of-bundle price is €0.10 per extra MB.
Data Connect & Mobile Data Pool
- Data Connect & Mobile Data Pool subscriptions are billed for a complete month (even during the incomplete months of activation and deactivation).
- The included volume can be used 24/7. For each additional MB you pay €0.10. In case you use more, the connection will not be cut but Proximus will reduce the maximum speed to 256 Kbps for Data Connect (Only for Mobile Internet and not for Mobile Intranet). For Mobile Data Pool, there is no surfing limit or speed reduction.
- The monthly volume included in the bundle is not carried over.
- Valid for use throughout the EU with the exception of Data Connect Ultra. Here the mobile data volume in the EU is limited to 62 GB, the price outside the bundle in the EU is €0.0014 per MB.
- The rates are charged per 1 kB.
