Proximus NXT took home two top prizes at the DataNews Awards: ‘Networking & Connectivity Partner of the Year’ and ‘Managed Services Provider of the Year’. The jury praised the combination of innovative strength and high customer satisfaction.
With two awards, the DataNews Awards were once again a huge success for the Proximus NXT teams. In the ‘Networking & Connectivity’ category, the jury highlighted an impressive combination of reliability and tangible market performance. The deciding factors were the successful rollout of 5G+ and the strategic agreement with the European Commission on a European cloud.
The project was praised, in particular, for its consistency. “Year after year, Proximus NXT proves to be a reliable telecom partner that never lets us down,” said the jury. To stay focused on this, Proximus NXT will actively reduce its reliance on external suppliers, thereby strengthening its independent position. According to the jury, no competitor currently matches the comprehensive range of capabilities that Proximus NXT offers in the areas of telecommunications, 5G, and SD-WAN.
Sovereign
Proximus NXT also received the award for ‘Managed Services Provider of the Year’ — a highly competitive category. The jury specifically highlighted Proximus NXT’s sovereignty narrative as a distinguishing feature. Proximus NXT offers customers a fully managed solution through proactive management and extensive operational automation of the entire IT stack.
“Proximus NXT checks all the boxes,” according to the experts’ succinct assessment. The emphasis on strict SLA compliance and the high customer satisfaction underscore Proximus NXT’s role as a leading partner for ICT infrastructure. These awards motivate the Proximus NXT teams to continue innovating and to help customers achieve their digital goals, every day.
