Use the Call Connect Web Portal

You can manage Call Connect online via the Call Connect Web Portal. You can also download the manual in FrenchPDF-formaat or in DutchPDF-formaat.

NB: when you sign in for the first time, you need to set a password for Call Connect.

  1. Surf to the Call Connect Web Portal.
  2. In the User type field, select Enduser or Customer Administrator. You can only sign in as Customer Administrator if you're the administrator.
  3. In the Username field, enter your username (e.g. usr12345678).
  4. In the Password field, enter your password. Forgotten your password? Click Reset password.
  5. Click Sign in.

You are now logged on to the Call Connect Web Portal and have access to the different menu's:

Profile
Settings
Advanced settings
Busy lamp field
Phone Books
Call Logs
Outgoing calling plans
Schedules
Other Settings
