Password of your mailbox

Have you forgotten the password of your mailbox? Log in to MyProximus to set up a new password. If you cannot connect to MyProximus because you are not a customer, contact our customer service.

  1. Log in to manage your e-mail settings.
  2. Go to the E-mails box and select the mailbox concerned in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Change the password of my mailbox.
  4. Type in a password with 5 to 8 characters and at least 1 letter and 1 digit in the New password field. Repeat the password in the Confirmation of the password field. Then click Confirm.
  5. If your new password was successfully registered, you will see a confirmation message.

This change will be applied automatically to all the e-mail addresses linked to this mailbox. From now on, you must use this password for webmail as well as your mail application (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
