Netflix

I don’t have a Netflix subscription

After the installation of your Tuttimus, within 10 days, you will receive a personal Netflix code via letter. This code has to be activated via www.netflix.com/promo before 15/04/2017, no financial information will be asked. When the code has been activated you will be able to consult the Netflix catalogue (directly via Proximus TV, the Netflix website or the Netflix app) without any purchase obligation. 

What happens after my 3 months?

The promotion will end after 3 months and Netflix will contact you. If you want to continue watching Netflix you will have activate a paying subscription via the website www.netflix.com. If you don’t answer, you will lose your access to Netflix.

I already have a Netflix subscription

After the installation of your Tuttimus, within 10 days, you will receive a personal Netflix code via letter. This code has to be activated under your Netflix profile in the section ‘gifts and promotions’ before 15/04/2017. 

What happens after my 3 months?

When the promotion has ended, Netflix will continue billing as usual

Which Netflix subscription can I choose with my code?

The code gives a discount of €29.97 in total.

  • When you choose for a subscription of €9.99/month, you will receive exactly 3 months of free Netflix access.
  • When you choose for a subscription of €7.99/month, you will receive more than 3 months of free Netflix access.
  • When you choose for a subscription of €11.99/month you will receive less than 3 months of free Netflix access.

Proximus TV

I want to connect Proximus TV to more than 1 TV

No problem! Simply order your Tuttimus and during the product configuration you’ll be able to add up to 2 extra decoders. For each extra decoder you pay €5/month.

Mobile

I want to become Tuttimus customer and keep my current mobile phone number(s)

You already have a mobile phone number with Proximus
Attention, you can only keep you mobile phone number if this isn’t combined with a smartphone offer.

  1. Compose your Tuttimus, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Tuttimus).
  2. Once you have ordered your Tuttimus pack you can start the product configuration. Log in to MyProximus and an automatic check will be done to see which mobile phone numbers you can transfer.
  3. Choose ‘Proximus’ from the operator list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  4. For every mobile phone number you want to transfer you will need to provide the SIM card number, so keep this at hand.

You already have a pack with a mobile subscription from before 14/10/2016
You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers. Place your Tuttimus order and we will call you back to finalize everything.

You already have a mobile phone number with another operator
You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers , follow these steps:

  1. Compose your Tuttimus, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Tuttimus)
  2. Once you have ordered your Tuttimus pack you can start the product configuration. Choose your current operator from the list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. If you have a prepaid subscription with another operator you will have to provide the SIM card number. If you have a mobile subscription with another operator you will only need to provide your customer account number.
How much mobile data do I need every month?

For the casual smartphone user we recommend the 2 GB mobile subscription. You will have than enough data to surf on the web and on social media.
Do you stream a lot of music (Spotify), video (YouTube) and surf almost every day? The 5 GB mobile subscription will be ideal for you.
For the real smartphone addicts who stream video’s every day over 3G/4G we have the 10 GB mobile subscription, perfect to cover all your needs!

No problem! Order Tuttimus and your current subscriptions will be modified with this new configuration.

You will continue to benefit from the old options when you choose a Tuttimus. If the option is part of the advantages offered in the Tuttimus, it will be automatically included in your pack. If the option is not part of the advantages offered in the Tuttimus, you will continue to pay a supplement on top of your pack.

I want to add or change an option in my existing pack without taking Tuttimus.

It's possible! All options are compatible with the old and new packs. Each extra option will be offered at catalog price based on your type of pack.

I am interested in Tuttimus. What will happen to my current promotions if I order?

If you benefit from a joint offer (mobile subscription + smartphone), you keep your promotion (the conditions and number of products remain the same).
Some promotions (but not all) are compatible with Tuttimus. Don't hesitate to call us on 0800 55,800 or visit one of our points-of-sale to find out if you can keep your promotion.

I already have a pack with a mobile subscription but I want to change my mobile subscription or add another one to my pack.

First you have to change your pack and opt for Tuttimus by adding up to 6 mobile subscriptions to your pack.

How do I obtain my free blockbuster per month?

Your Tuttimus gives you access to one movie per month from a catalog that is constantly updated. You will find this catalog by clicking "On demand" on your remote control > “Movies” > “Blockbuster gift”

  2. Fixed Internet speed: the indicated maximum speed is a theoretical speed. In practice, it cannot be attained by all customers. The download speed in your home will depend on the distance between the connection point and the exchange, the availability of VDSL, your IT installation, and the indoor cabling. To surf at maximum speed, these factors must be optimal. The use of Wi-Fi can also reduce your surfing speed. Go to www.proximus.be/vitesseinternet to discover the surfing speed in your home.
  • Favorite app: the Mobilus subscription in a Tuttimus or Familus Pack entitles you to unlimited data in Belgium for an application of your choice from a defined list. The customer can choose only one app and can change it once a month in MyProximus. Limits may apply for certain apps. For more info, see www.proximus.be/support. The general terms and conditions of the applications shall remain applicable. The protection measure against bill shocks shall apply for the favorite app. Proximus has made a selection of the most popular applications around. Proximus reserves the right to modify the offer with two months' notice.
  • Unlimited usage: for private use only and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus.
  • Blockbuster: free blockbuster (on-demand movie) in a Tuttimus and Familus Pack. The customer can choose one movie per month from an exclusive selection. The free movie can be rented any time of the month. When the rental is activated, the movie is available for 48 hours. An unused free movie from a given month cannot be carried over to the next month. The catalog is updated regularly.
  • TV bonus option: the customer can only choose one TV bonus from a defined list and can only change it twice a year. Proximus reserves the right to modify the offer with two months' notice.

Calling without counting the minutes :

  • Free Calls: unlimited calls for private use only and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus. 
  • Free Calls National: unlimited calls to fixed lines in Belgium. For personal use only, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus. 1,000 minutes to Belgian mobiles during off-peak hours. After that, Classic rates apply. Calls during peak hours to a fixed or mobile number in Belgium: €0.74/call incl. VAT. Cannot be combined with other options granting discounts on national calls. Not valid for calls to premium numbers (07x, 09xx, except for calls to and from the PhoneMail service). Maximum 2 Free Calls National per customer.
  • Free Calls International: Calls to fixed and mobile numbers (max. 2,000 min/month) to most European countries² as well as the United States and Canada, and to fixed lines in Morocco and Turkey during off-peak hours. After that, the per-minute price applies: connection charge of €0.1143/call , and €0.25/minute to fixed lines and €0.55/minute to mobiles . Option valid only for the fixed phone on the Phone line. No more than 2 options per customer and only for personal use in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus. Cannot be combined with other options granting discounts on international calls.

    Off-peak hours: Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. and all day on weekends and public holidays.

    Peak hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Unlimited usage for private use only and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus.
  • TV Replay, TV Replay+: free of charge for all customers who already have or who opt for Familus or Tuttimus. The availability of TV programs and TV Replay depends on the television channels and any authorizations they may have received to exploit said programs. Also available on a PC, tablet and smartphone via the Proximus TV app. The list of channels available in TV Replay on Proximus TV and the Proximus TV app, as well as the specific terms and conditions, can be found on www.proximus.be/tvreplay. TV Replay is not available for Scarlet customers.
  • Proximus TV: For more information about the availability of Proximus TV, HD coverage, the possibility to connect several TV sets, or the offer of channels and packages in your region: www.proximus.be/tv

  • Wi-Fi Hotspots and Smart Wi-Fi: every person who connects to a Wi-Fi Hotspot must have registered for the service and accepted the general terms and conditions. Smart Wi-Fi is included in the Packs with Mobilus and can be activated via the MyProximus/Network app (no login required).

Mobilus

  • Advantages of Mobilus in a Pack: monthly reduction valid for the Mobilus S and L subscriptions and extra data for Mobilus M, while the customer keeps his contract. You can add up to 6 mobile phones to Packs with the same advantages. All the information about our Packs can be found on proximus.be/mobileinpack.
  • Protection measure: to avoid bill shocks, the service is blocked if the customer goes over his bundle limit by €60. If he wishes, the customer can unblock his service by contacting our customer service.
  • Calls and texts with Mobilus to all fixed and mobile networks in Belgium, except for premium numbers (voting lines, 0900 numbers, etc.). Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second.
  • Unlimited usage for personal use only in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
  • Internet (data): the data included is valid only in Belgium. Usage within and outside the subscription is billed per 1 KB Once your subscription credit has been used up, calls and MB will be billed according to the applicable rate plan. Unused minutes and MB cannot be carried over to the next month.

  • Mobile Coverage Extender in a Tuttimus Pack : The Mobile Coverage Extender (value: €5/month) is only included for customers who have a Tuttimus Pack with at least one Mobilus L - 10 GB. Maximum 1 Mobile Coverage Extender per customer For use in Belgium only, in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The MCE can only be ordered and installed on a Proximus fixed Internet line and must be used by a Proximus mobile customer. Mobile usage via the Mobile Coverage Extender is billed according to the applicable rates for the mobile subscription. Up to 4 simultaneous users. Maximum Proximus 3G coverage of 200 m². The Mobile Coverage Extender is and remains the property of Proximus. If the service is terminated, the customer must return the device to Proximus. You will find more information and the terms and conditions on www.proximus.be/mobilecoverageextender

  • Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit and Tuttimus Pack: The Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit (value: €99.99 – incl. Recupel charge) is only included for customers who have a Tuttimus Pack with at least 1 Mobilus L 10 GB. For use in Belgium only, in accordance with the general terms and conditions. Maximum 1 Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit per customer.
  • Free installation: free installation by a technician (value: €59) for new Tuttimus customers.
Promotion conditions

Promo smartphone + Mobilus+Phone subscription:

Offer valid from 01/01/2017 through 31/01/2017 for all new customers who subscribe to a 24-month contract for Mobilus+Phone 20, Mobilus+Phone 35 or Mobilus+Phone 55.While stocks last. Once the stock is used up, it will not be replenished. 

One smartphone per customer. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, except for the Tuttimus Pack promotion as of the second added mobile. Payment by bank card only. By subscribing to this Proximus joint offer, the customer agrees to all the conditions of the offer and to paying by direct debit all amounts due to Proximus in the context of all other services provided by Proximus (due and past-due bills). Should the bank reject this payment, Proximus reserves the right to demand payment by bank transfer and charge the Customer for this rejection based on the applicable rates.

Free Netflix for 3 months: offer valid from 17/10/2016 through 28/02/2017 for all customers who subscribe to a Familus or Tuttimus Pack. Eligible customers will receive their Netflix gift code within 10 business days of subscribing by letter. The Netflix gift code is activated on www.netflix.com/promo. Only one code will be provided per customer. The Netflix gift codes expire on 15/04/2017. The offer has a cash value of €29.97, which corresponds to 3 months of the "2 stream Netflix" service (Netflix on two screens). You can apply the value of the offer to a different plan, or other services offered by Netflix. Exchanges of this kind may alter the duration of the offer. With the exception of the above-mentioned exchange, the offer cannot be exchanged (e.g. for Netflix gift subscriptions). The offer cannot be reimbursed and is subject to current legislation.
