You can create a signature and have it automatically inserted in the e-mails you send. The signature can contain your contact details and personal text. You can set up a signature using the Proximus Webmail or Proximus Mail app:
In Proximus Webmail (Recommended)
- Log in to Proximus Webmail with your e-mail address and your password.
- Click
in the top right corner.
- Click Settings.

- Click E-mail.
- Click Signatures.
- Click Add new signature.

- Give your new signature a name and choose whether to have it inserted above or below the text of your e-mail. Click Save to store your new signature.
Ready! Your signature is now set up. To edit a signature, press Edit next to the signature. To delete a signature, press

You can set different signatures (or none at all) for new e-mails and for e-mails you reply to or forward:
- To set a signature to use for new e-mails, select your signature in the box Default signature for new messages.
- To set a signature to use for e-mails you reply to or forward, select your signature in the box Default signature for replies or forwards.
In the Proximus Mail app
- Open the Proximus Mail app. If needed, log in with your e-mail address and password.
- Tap
in the top left corner.
- Tap Settings & Help at the bottom.
- Tap Signature.
- Move the slider next to Signature enabled to the right so that it becomes purple.
- Tap Signature.
- Type the text you would like to use as a signature and tap Save.
