Install the Webex app for Call Connect

Call, meet and message with Webex on your smartphone or computer? Download and install the app, available for Android, iOS, PC and Mac.

Webex Webex, the new Call Connect app

Before starting to use the Webex app, make sure you activated it on your Call Connect Portal.

  1. Go to callconnect.proximus.be
  2. In User details tab/ Details make sure your user has a valid email address. Add a new one if needed.
  3. Then in User details tab/Licenses activate your mobility level

If you are still using the old version of the Mobile App, an orange card will be displayed in the "Home" tab. Click here on "Migrate". Once the migration is complete, a green card will appear with confirmation that Webex is activated for your account.
If, however, you have never used the mobile application before, you should first contact your administrator. He or she can check that your user account has a valid e-mail address and that the "Mobility" licence in Webex is activated and grant you the password.

  1. Before you begin with the migration from your old Call Connect Mobile App, make sure that each individual (Bizz) Call Connect User in your organization has its own personal and unique email address.
    It will be used as the login name per user, so no duplicates will be accepted.
    This can be added in the user details of each user, when you connect to the Call Connect portal with the "Admin" login.
    Each User must do its own migration in the portal and download the new Webex App. (Mobile and/or PC)
    If the Admin would do this, the user will be unable to work with the old App and might not have installed the new one.
  2. Before migration is done as a “User”, you will notice in your dashboard of your Call Connect portal, the invitation to click on the button  .

    Having a valid personal e-mail address, once clicked on , automatically the Webex account will be activated and you will see
  3.  If no valid email present, you will be invited to fix them by clicking on the link Solve them now!

    In User Details, on the Webex account Tab, you can enter a unique personal email address and Update this.
  4. Hereafter you can click on

    automatically the Webex account will be activated and you will see 

    And in your User Details under “Webex account”
  5. Now you need to Download the Webex app to your smartphone or PC via www.webex.com/downloads.html
  6. Log in to the app with your unique email address (which is shown in your “Webex account” details and your User password.
  7. Delete the old Call Connect app on your device(s).

Login with email address and the password of your Call Connect user.
